Charles Nichols, Psy.D. - Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Nichols established FPC in 2000 with the goal of providing generalist psychology services in a comfortable, family-centered atmosphere. Dr. Nichols earned a master's degree in counseling (Marriage and Family Therapy) from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in 1995 and his doctoral degree in psychology (Clinical Psychology) in 1999 from Forest Institute of Professional Psychology. He has worked with clients in many settings, including acute psychiatric units, residential facilities, private practice, and correctional institutions. His interests are in ADHD, learning disabilities, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and forensic assessment. He is a member of the Allied Health Staff at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center and a Clinical Training Director for National Psychology Training Consortium.
Ms. Davidson joined the office staff of Family Psychological Center in January 2015 . She expertly handles the daily clerical duties at our office, greets patients, schedules appointments, works with insurance and billing, and coordinates communications with our referral sources and clients.
Phil Brown, Ph.D. - Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Brown joined Family Psychological Center as an adjunct staff psychologist in 2009. He provides clinical supervision to predoctoral psychology interns and currently also works in private practice. He earned a Ph.D. from the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Brown enjoys providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults and has previously worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health and inpatient psychiatric settings.
