Self-pay fees for an initial diagnostic/intake session range from $100 to $250.
Fees for forensic assessments and other services vary case-by-case and will be available upon request.
Payment of all applicable fees, deductibles, and copays is due at the time of service. Cash and personal checks are accepted. Debit and credit cards are not accepted.
For forensic/court assessments, full payment in the form of cash or USPS money order is due at least 10 business days in advance of the initial appointment.

Returned Check Charges
Your appointment time is reserved only for you.
If you must cancel an appointment, please do so a full 24 hours in advance of the session. Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be charged. If less than 24 hour notice is received by our office, patients are billed a no-show fee of $85 per hour planned for that day. Insurance companies do not reimburse providers for missed appointments. Consideration will be given to emergencies, but we reserve the right to charge for all missed appointments or those cancelled with less than the required notice.
Assessments in court cases require at least 10 business days notice before cancellation or clients will be charged at the agreed upon hourly rate for the time scheduled that day.
